An Evening of Networking, Brand Spotlights, and Community for Grooms & Equestrians
On Tuesday, March 3, HorseGrooms invites grooms, equestrians, and equestrian businesses to a special edition MeetUp in Wellington that combines community, education, and connection in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
HorseGrooms MeetUp: Tacos, Talks & Connections is designed as an interactive networking evening where the people behind the horses can meet the brands and professionals who support their daily work.
Eyecandyland
This event will take place at Eyecandyland in Wellington, whose beautiful event space provides the perfect setting for conversation and connection. Located on 17 acres just south of Wellington and only five minutes from Wellington International, Eyecandyland is a boutique equestrian paradise offering premium facilities and a welcoming, supportive atmosphere.
Equine Elixirs’ Taco Tuesday
The evening will be combined with Equine Elixirs’ Taco Tuesday, meaning free tacos and quesadillas will be available for everyone attending.
What to Expect
This is not a traditional lecture-style MeetUp. Instead, it is an evening built around:
- Direct conversations between grooms and brands
- Short, focused sponsor presentations
- Time to eat, connect, and exchange ideas
- Goodie bags for attendees filled with sponsor merchandise and samples
Each sponsor will have a small dedicated space to display products, share materials, and speak directly with attendees throughout the evening.
In addition, every sponsor will receive 10 minutes to present their product, service, or expertise to the group. This is an opportunity to explain not just what you offer, but why it matters to the people who work hands-on with horses every day.
Why This Event Matters
Grooms and barn professionals are often key decision-makers when it comes to products, equipment, services, and daily management choices. They know what works, what lasts, and what truly supports horse welfare and performance.
This MeetUp creates space for meaningful interaction. Instead of a quick exchange at a busy show booth, brands have the chance to build relationships, answer questions, and receive direct feedback from experienced equestrians.

For $250, brands and equestrian businesses can participate as sponsors of this MeetUp.
This is a relatively small investment, but it goes beyond simple visibility. By participating, sponsors are also contributing directly to connection, education, and HorseGrooms’ mission of supporting grooms and elevating professional standards in horse care.

- A dedicated space to showcase products or materials
- 10 minutes to speak directly to attendees
- Promotion as an event sponsor on HorseGrooms’ website, community platform, and social media
