The Wellington season has already begun for many grooms, and we are excited to announce that the HorseGrooms MeetUps are coming back better and more than ever. With strong educational topics, inspiring clinicians, great venues, and supportive partners, we look forward to a season filled with learning, community, and connection.
To make these MeetUps run smoothly and to create valuable resources for our Insiders, we are looking for both MeetUp Support Volunteers and photographers or videographers.


Photographers and Videographers
We would love to work with people who want to support the mission of HorseGrooms by filming or photographing the MeetUps. A full recording helps us create educational material for our Insiders, but shorter clips, reels, and photos are also very welcome.
You do not need a professional camera. A phone with a good camera works well, and we can provide Bluetooth microphones if needed. If you would like your work promoted, we are happy to share it across our channels. If donating your time is not possible, we can offer a small fee.


MeetUp Support Volunteers and Assistants
We are also looking for MeetUp Assistants who can help our head groom, Dinette, with the practical work that makes these evenings possible. Tasks may include:

• Contact with venues
• Contact with clinicians
• Preparing the venue
• Helping with signups and communication
• Managing giveaways
• Simple catering tasks
• Promotion and reminders
• Welcoming participants during the MeetUp
