Highlighting the Brands Supporting This Special Evening
Tomorrow evening, Tuesday, March 3, we bring together community, conversation, and collaboration at the HorseGrooms MeetUp: Tacos, Talks & Connections, a special event combining Equine Elixirs’ Taco Tuesday with the HorseGrooms MeetUp series at the beautiful event space at Eyecandyland in Wellington, FL.

This event would not be possible without the support of brands that believe in connecting directly with grooms and equestrians. We are grateful for their willingness to show up, share knowledge, and invest in this community.
Equine Elixirs
This MeetUp is organized in combination with Equine Elixirs’ Taco Tuesday, bringing education and community together in a relaxed setting. The tacos for the evening are made possible through the support of Equine Elixirs, alongside HorseGrooms.

Elizabeth Ehrlich, the founder of Equine Elixirs, will present Equine Elixirs’ whole food–based supplement line, made without synthetic powders or processed pellets. Their formulas are designed to be highly bioavailable and digestible, working in harmony with the horse’s natural digestive system. During her presentation, Elizabeth will explain how the company’s targeted, a la carte products can be safely mixed and matched to support specific body systems and the individual needs of each horse.
FLAIR® Equine Nasal Strips
Performance Starts at the Nose

Jim Chiapetta, the President & CEO of FLAIR Strips, will discuss how their drug-free, self-adhesive nasal strips support the soft tissues of the equine airway that naturally collapse during exercise.
Jim will explain how FLAIR Strips work and the benefits they provide at all levels of competition, particularly for horses that jump. They will also refer to their educational video about Exercise-Induced Pulmonary Hemorrhaging (EIPH) in horses, which provides important science-based insight into respiratory efficiency and performance. You can watch that video here.
Samples of FLAIR strips will be included in the goodie bags.
Lucky Braids Hair & Skin Care
Ruthann Smith, founder of Lucky Braids, will share practical and cost-effective solutions to treat and prevent stains, tangles, scratches, itching, bumps, and rubs.

Her focus is always on helping horses feel comfortable in their skin so they can look and perform their best. Attendees will gain simple, actionable grooming strategies that improve both comfort and presentation. Samples will be included in the goodie bags.
Arthramid®
Liz Hancox of Arthramid will speak about joint health and long-term soundness. Arthramid’s approach focuses on supporting joint function in performance horses.

Liz will also host a raffle at their table and provide branded towels for the goodie bags.
Ride Every Stride
Linda Davey, the founder and CEO of Ride Every Stride, will give a short presentation about branding and how thoughtful brand identity strengthens equestrian businesses.

Ride Every Stride has generously provided the beautiful co-branded HorseGrooms x Ride Every Stride tote bags, which will serve as the goodie bags for the evening. These have become true collector’s items and something special for the attendees (who stay until the end).
Twydil
Twydil is a Swiss-based equine supplement brand known for science-driven formulations developed in close collaboration with veterinarians and researchers.

Shannon White’s presentation of Twydil will focus on targeted nutritional support designed to optimize horse health, performance, and recovery, backed by research and practical experience in high-performance environments.
Achieve Equine Boots
Advancing Tendon Protection Through Evidence-Based Design

Achieve Equine is developing a novel jumping boot designed based on the science of tendon heat buildup and cooling mechanisms.
Jim Chiapetta of Achieve Equine will explain:
- Why tendons heat up during exercise
- How overheating contributes to tendon damage
- How their innovative design provides impact protection while reducing heat buildup
This is an exciting look at how research and practical application come together to protect equine athletes.
Equery Technology
Ronald Meszter, Co-Owner and CEO at Equery, will explain how Equery uses whole-body neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) technology to support muscle conditioning, recovery, and rehabilitation in performance horses.

By activating both deep and superficial muscle layers at the same time, the system is designed to promote neuromuscular coordination, muscle symmetry, structured rehabilitation, and long-term performance development.
The Equery NMES blanket delivers this technology through a wearable system that stimulates muscle fibers, supports circulation after work, and helps maintain musculoskeletal strength and balance.

Brooke USA
We are grateful to welcome Kendaal Bierer, the Donor Relations Officer for Brooke USA, to share a few words about the meaningful work Brooke USA does around the world.

Brooke USA supports working horses, donkeys, and mules, along with the communities who rely on them in vulnerable regions globally. Their work reminds us that horse welfare extends beyond our own barns and competitions. It connects us across borders and disciplines.
Kendall will briefly highlight their projects and include a small item in the goodie bag, helping us stay connected to the broader impact our industry can have when care and compassion lead the way.
Kunkle Equestrian Gloves

Kunkle Equestrian Gloves is generously providing working gloves for our goodie bag. Practical items like these are always appreciated by grooms, and we are thankful for their contribution.
Hosted at Eyecandyland

This evening takes place at Eyecandyland, a boutique equestrian paradise located just five minutes from Wellington International. Situated on 17 acres, Eyecandyland offers premium facilities including a multi-acre grass field, large sand arena, oval walker, round pen, paddocks, and top-level training under international Grand Prix rider Paul O’Shea.
Eyecandyland is generously providing the drinks and their beautiful event space.
Showing Up Matters
We know evenings are long after full barn days.
But events like this do not organize themselves. Brands invest their time and money. HorseGrooms invests time, coordination, and financial support. We put in the work to create opportunities for education and connection.
If you value having these kinds of events in Wellington, please show up. Support the vendors. Ask questions. Stay until the final sponsor presentation.
Grooms who stay until the last presentation will receive a well-filled goodie bag with significant value.
How To RSVP
If you are a HorseGrooms Community member, please RSVP in the HorseGrooms Community via this link.
